OSCR Online Drop-In
The Office of Student Computing Resource is now providing software assistance online. OSCR consultants can assist and guide you on how to use software to finish your projects. Do you have questions about using Adobe Creative Cloud, SolidWorks, other multimedia software, or Office 365 applications? Get help on your projects from the Office of Student Computing Resources (OSCR). Meet with OSCR’s Technical consultants via Zoom.
Support is offered to you using the Zoom video conferencing software, which is free to all University of Arizona students, staff, and faculty.
Connecting via Zoom
Step 1: Sign in to Zoom
Sign in to your university Zoom account at arizona.zoom.us.
Step 2: Join a Zoom meeting
Click on a button below to join a meeting and get help with a particular subject or course.
- The Zoom app will launch automatically to join the meeting. Please use the Zoom app for all OSCR Online Support services.
- All schedules on this page are in Arizona time.
How to Find a Drop-in
Students* may access our available drop-in times through Trellis Scheduling. No appointment is necessary.
Step 1: Sign in to Trellis Scheduling
Choose the option to sign in with your UA NetID below. (Select the "The University of Arizona" as your login option).
Step 2: Select a drop-in from the calendar
Since no appointment is required, you can drop-in during any available time. Just right-click on an available time in the calendar linked above then select the Zoom link. You'll be placed in a Waiting Room, and assisted on a first-come first-served basis.
* Currently faculty and staff are unable to login as users to Trellis Scheduling. If you're looking for software assistance, please send an email with your the details of your requests to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll arrange a drop-in session.
